Questions people ask

Will pressure washing damage my house?

Not if the right method is used. Concrete and pavers take high pressure well. Weatherboard, render, painted surfaces and roofs do not, so those get a soft wash: low pressure and a cleaning solution that does the work instead. Part of the quote is deciding which is right for each surface.

How do you quote?

Send a photo and an address, or just an address. For most jobs we can give a firm price from that. For larger or unusual jobs we will come and look first. Quotes are free and there is no obligation.

Do I need to be home?

No, as long as we can reach the area and an outside tap. Many jobs are done while the owner is at work. We will let you know when we arrive and when we finish.

What about my plants and windows?

Plants near the work are wet down and covered where needed, and rinsed afterwards. Windows, cars and outdoor furniture are moved or protected before we start.

How long does a clean last?

It depends on the surface, shade and moisture. Decks and roofs in shady, damp spots grow moss faster than sunny north-facing ones. Most customers book a clean every one to two years; we can tell you what to expect for your place.
